Help You Conduct a Trademark Name Search

We perform a basic search using the USPTO database for trademarks and pending applications that match your brand name. Our search results will benefit you by letting you know if there is a possibility that your trademark application will be denied based on the likelihood of confusion with an existing trademark.

We also search other databases to ensure your brand name does not interfere with other local business protected by local laws. This will protect you from future legal or branding problems.

Help you File an Application

We will help you file the application with the USPTO using the Trademark Electronic Application System. Your trademarking application must be accompanied by a filing fee.

Help you respond to Office Actions and Oppositions

Your trademark application will be assigned to a USPTO examining attorney for review. If there are problems, you will receive a letter known as an Office Action that will explain the issue and give you a certain amount of time to respond. You must respond to Office Actions within the deadline or your application will be denied.

Next, notice of your application will be published in the online Official Gazette, and other people will have an opportunity to oppose it.

Once any opposition has been resolved, your mark will be registered if you filed based on use in commerce. When the registration is complete, you may begin using the registered trademark symbol, ®, next to your name
